Senior UX/UI Designer

You will lead UX/UI design from discovery through developer handoff. You will plan interviews, analyse user needs and create information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes. In Figma, you will build consistent components and document their variants. You will test key journeys with users and turn findings into specific improvements. With developers, you will review feasibility, accessibility and behaviour across devices. As a senior designer, you will explain design decisions and support less experienced colleagues through constructive reviews.

At least three years of UX/UI design experience; a portfolio explaining process and outcomes; advanced Figma, prototyping and design-system skills; understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
