Web Performance Specialist

You will analyse website speed and remove bottlenecks that affect user experience. You will connect laboratory tests with real Core Web Vitals data. Your work will include image optimisation, JavaScript loading, fonts, caching and network requests. With developers, you will investigate layout shifts, slow interactions and delayed main-content rendering. You will establish performance budgets and regression checks so improvements survive future releases. You will document results clearly, comparing before and after measurements and explaining the benefit to users rather than relying on a single synthetic score.

Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse and browser developer tools; experience with JavaScript, CSS and image optimisation; understanding of HTTP, CDNs and caching; repeatable measurement and analytical skills.
