CMS and optimisation

Kora needed to align a new visual identity with its corporate website while keeping a clear story about products and references. The old site did not carry the new brand system nor support multilingual growth without manual rework. We designed the page system and components for services, case studies and contact, then implemented a WordPress setup ready for multiple languages. Special focus went to consistent typography, colour and media ratios across the site. The team received a simple CMS model for maintenance. The new website supports the rebrand visually and operationally, with a base for further expansion.

Aurelia had a slow CMS and unclear editing roles, which delayed publishing and increased production errors. We reviewed field structure, permissions and caching, and measured load time and time-to-publish. Optimisation included cleaning unused fields, clearer roles, better cache rules and a standardised review step. Teams received measurable targets and a simple pre-publish checklist. We implemented WordPress with defined CPTs, templates and a workflow separating draft, review and publish. Special attention went to listing performance, SEO metadata and simple media insertion. The newsroom received short guidance and consistent fields per language. The platform now supports daily production without improvisation and with less technical risk at publish time.

Mercato wanted fewer abandoned carts and a consistent mobile and desktop checkout without losing clarity in later steps. Analysis showed inconsistent components, uneven error messages and overly long forms that slowed purchase. We built a design system with reusable UI patterns, prototyped key checkout steps and validated them with sales and support. The focus was information hierarchy, accessibility and fewer decisions per screen. Delivery included documented components and rules for further development. The result is a shorter path to purchase, a clearer mobile experience and a more durable UI system for future campaigns.

Nordline needed a clear B2B portal connecting product catalogue, support and sales into one predictable system. Existing content was scattered across files and outdated pages, so users wasted time searching while editors lacked a reliable way to update quickly. We started with workshops mapping roles and priority user flows, then defined the information architecture and a CMS model that separates catalogue, documentation and sales materials. Design and implementation followed the same content contract, with clear rules for status, ownership and review before publish.
